So Without Further Adieu, Here are The Top Five Super Foods that may Help you Lose Weight Quickly and Healthily this Summer time! 

Almonds

Before you hit the gym make sure you have your daily serving of almonds,  these little super nuts are not only delicious but they're believed to be some sort of a weight loss pill containing amino acid L-Arginine, it's believed that Almonds can help you burn more fat and carbs when you are working out.

Green tea

This ancient and very healthy drink contains catechins which is known to be a potent antioxidant that helps stop belly fat and helps you lose weight quickly a test done by the Journal of nutrition has claimed that after just two weeks people who sit four or five cups of green tea each day and went to the gym for 25 minutes actually lost more belly fat than those who did not drink green tea at all.

Researchers from Penn State University did a test on two groups one group consuming avocado oil and the other group consuming flax safflower oil blend those who did the avocado oil diet using just three tablespoons daily lost nearly 2% of the fat in their belly in just one month It is believed because of its high concentration of monounsaturated fat avocado oil contains carbohydrates and essential amino acids that help digest fats and other dietary compounds in the stomach and body which enables you to lose weight easily.
